Ireland – 08 August 2022 – Amberside Advisors Ltd are delighted to have supported Arresico in the successful refinancing of a portfolio of >140 social housing units in Ireland.
Amberside were appointed to develop a refinancing model to support the client’s commercial negotiations and provide a variety of scenarios for both the borrower and lender in the run up to financial close.
The new financing was provided by Nord/LB – the portfolio is underpinned by 25-year leases with several local authorities and supports the Irish Government’s “Housing for All” plan to increase the supply and quality of housing over the next decade.
