Amberside Advisors are delighted to have supported Equitix in the successful acquisition of Ellipse House and Nexus House, a c. £29m portfolio of two Welsh office buildings. The assets’ primary tenant is the Welsh government who benefit from attractive RPI-linked rental streams.
Amberside provided acquisition & modelling support to assess the investment through development of the acquisition model and analysis of return profiles, which helped the client to generate an offer. In addition to this, Amberside ran a variety sensitivity and acquisition scenarios to support Equitix’s investment committee process.
