Amberside are pleased to have supported Triple Point Energy Efficiency Infrastructure Company (TEEC) in securing exclusivity to acquire a portfolio of hydroelectric power projects in Scotland.
Amberside were engaged to conduct a review and benchmarking of the valuation of the 6.6MWe portfolio. This included reviews of the vendor information memorandum, valuation calculations and offer letter terms.
The transaction is expected to reach financial close during the next quarter. This opportunity will enable TEEC to acquire an operational portfolio backed by long-term, inflation-linked FiT revenues, whilst generating 100% renewable energy.
