-

Amberside Advisors has previously supported a bidder for the proposed city heat networks, and has been appointed in particular to provide financial projections and modelling of the four core city heat networks and four further extension projects. As part of the project, we have built a highly complex proposal with eight separate heat networks covering different parts of the city all reflected with separate build out profiles and pulled into an overarching TopCo model to reflect the ownership structure. Two projects were in the build out phase and partially operational with others more future facing.

Our team, which includes the former Commercial Lead for one of the shortlisted bid consortiums, is now supporting the winning bidder - Vattenfall, with both operational modelling for Bristol Heat Networks Limited and submitting successful public sector grant applications for schemes, such as the Green Heat Network Fund (GHNF) and the Heat Network Efficiency Scheme (HNES).
