Nazim Uddin

Nazim joined Amberside Advisors from PwC’s Energy and Infrastructure Deals business, bringing almost two decades of experience in advising some of the largest corporates, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, specialist funds and private equity houses, while at two of the ‘Big Four’ (PwC and KPMG). Nazim has extensive background in combining financial modelling and data analytics for better business planning and management reporting, helping clients get the best value from transactions. His role at Amberside Advisors goes beyond fortifying our existing market presence in renewables and infrastructure; he also drives our efforts to expand into new sectors and enhances senior capability to deliver top-tier financial advisory and modelling mandates.

Nazim also spearheads our data analytics proposition – a crucial element in enhancing insight in all our work, in particular supporting our burgeoning place-based energy transition engagements, and more broadly providing our clients with transaction readiness, tactical planning, and reporting solutions that underpin value creation in their businesses.

Outside of work, family commitments permitting, Nazim is a keen golfer.
