Vicki is an experienced CIPD qualified HR Professional with significant expertise across the specialism. Whilst managing her own HR consultancy, Vicki worked across a number of small SMEs, however the majority of her HR career was at KPMG where Vicki spent 13 years. As Chief People Officer, Vicki is responsible for overseeing Amberside Advisors' Human Resources function – including deliver of the People Strategy, talent management and development, and recruitment.
