Viet Nguyen

Viet first joined Amberside Advisors in 2013 and is an Associate Director, responsible for leading a team on mandates. During his career worked for a range of financial advisory specialists and also spent almost 10 years working in-house within the waste and biogas industry.

At, Amberside Viet's experience covers the full range of services (Operational Modelling, Model Audit, Valuation, FDD, Buyside/Sellside Advisory and Greenfield Financing) across a range of sectors (solar, wind, hydro, heat, waste, biogas). Notable projects include the Equity fund raise for one of the worlds largest AD projects, supporting one of the countries leading AD platforms with acquisition of a majority of their portfolio and the EPC procurement of a 700kt EfW project.

Viet has a Natural Sciences degree from Cambridge University. Outside of work, he spends his time attending a various sporting activities with his children and is an avid supporter of football at all levels.
